.Net Production Support with strong SQL Server

Our direct client, an industry-leader in the Health insurance and managed care sector and is on Fortune’s 2014 “World’s Most Admired Companies” list, is looking for a consultant for the following responsibilities. 

We no longer work with corp to corp candidates.

Responsibilities for this position:
  • Monitor the ARU platforms to ensure they are up and running
  • Work on break/fix items
  • Develop system enhancements
  •  Develop automation solutions to reduce manual monitoring
  • Admin the Release Entry Framework and Gatekeeper processes for the team
  • Work with development throughout the SDLC
  • Work with change management on release deployments.
  • Attend daily meetings and provide updates to management.
Software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities:
  • Experience with Operations and Maintenance preferably using ITIL methodology
  • .Net / ORACLE/ SQL SERVER/ WINDOWS SERVER ADMINISTRATIONS/
  • Automation Projects
  • Knowledge of IBM MQ / Silverlight / UIPath is preferred
  • Experience in healthcare claim processing
  • Experience working with offshore resources
  • Service Management Tools experience
  • Experience with standard SDLC and quality processes
