The IT Business Development / National Account Executive will help grow an existing national account as well as to bring in new business.   
Responsibilities will include:
·         Leverage iTech's business relationships to penetrate existing accounts and create new business opportunity
·         Prospect new accounts to broaden iTech's client base
·         Develop sales strategies in conjunction with management to maximize account penetration
·         Understand competitor strengths and weaknesses to effectively articulate iTechs competitive advantage
·         Understand targeted clients key business drivers and issues, and communicate with varying levels of management
·         Work with iTech's internal Recruiting team? to close and support business
·         Assume responsibility for day-to-day management of named and targeted accounts

Successful Sales Professional will:
·         Possess a minimum of 1 year experience functioning in an IT Sales or IT Recruiter capacity selling IT Consulting, Staff augmentation and/or IT related sales OR Have actual IT Experience.
·         Knowledge of IT, IT Systems, Infrastructures and/or IT degree is a major plus.
·         Demonstrate a keen awareness and understanding of the staffing industry
·         Outstanding professional traits; polished; excellent oral and written communication skills
·         A self-starter, one who will take the initiative and assume risk
·         Must be self motivated, able to pursue a plan with minimal supervision
·         Willing to work in a team environment which focuses on the success of the firm and the individual
