Identity and Access Management Analyst Long Term

This candidate can sit in either Phoenix, AZ or Springfield, MA.

Job Summary:
Provide operational support to the Information Risk Management and Information Risk Assurance teams to help ensure the security of the digital assets of the firm.

Role Characteristics:
  • Fulfills external/internal user requests within established service level agreements (SLA) with a primary focus on quality and accuracy, in accordance with the controls and requirements that govern information security access.
  • In addition, this position is an immediate point of contact for terminations, and requires discretion in termination processing and disabling of accounts
Job Responsibilities:
  • Good analytical and communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to work effectively with clients and IT staff.
  • Supports and troubleshoots interactions of the Identify and Access Management systems and ancillary systems including, but not limited to Active Directory, Mainframe, ISIM, Unix, Okta, LDAP O365, Saviynt
  • Utilizes appropriate techniques and tools to identify and address problems and coordinate with external teams, the help-desk, and end users to resolve problems.
  • Ability to balance multi-tasking and attention to detail/quality.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to shift priorities quickly and effectively
  • Ability to exercise judgement and discretion
  • Versatile, flexible and displays a willingness to work with changing priorities with enthusiasm; commitment to excellence; and high standards
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
