Advanced Systems Analyst

As a member of the SMB Global Services Team, you'll be responsible for improving our existing business processes and helping to build a world-class service culture. The Advanced Systems Analyst is responsible for creating, modifying and executing processes for the team to follow to deliver high quality and exceptional business value to our customers. At the same time the ASA will be responsible for learning what is working and not working on the teams so that changes can be made to the standard processes and tools to accommodate more efficient and effective processes.

Skills Required

The ASA will be required to perform the following functions: 
  • Train teams on current and new processes and tools.
  • Include Internal and External clients in timely, detailed communications
  • Help facilitate and coach during standard team meetings
  • Identify and remove blockers to keep teams moving forward
  • Ensure integrity of data in various systems and tools
  • Extract data from various tools to provide valuable metrics
  • Gather ideas from teams to improve processes and tools to be more effective and efficient
  • Champion process and tool improvement initiatives
  • Update documentation and training material for new employees
  • Produce progress and status reports for Management

Experience Required Qualifications 
  • 2+ years experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or Project Manager
  • Experience working with diverse, multi-site teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong experience with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
